About our ILLiad services:
- Interlibrary Loan, let's you borrow items we don’t have from another library. It's available to any current Fitchburg State student, faculty, or staff member whether you are on or off campus.
- Document Delivery, provides delivery of Interlibrary Loan or Gallucci-Cirio Library items to the requestor and is available to current Fitchburg State student, faculty, or staff member as follows:
- Digital copies of Interlibrary Loan articles, book chapters, et cetera will be delivered into your ILLiad account where you can download them.
- Physical Interlibrary Loan items and Gallucci-Cirio Library circulating items delivery options:
- Items will be delivered to the Library's Public Services Desk where you can pick them up.
- Extended Campus and Online Learning students and faculty may have the items mailed directly to their home. Items from Reference, Periodicals and Special Collections, which are restricted to in-library-use only, will be scanned into PDF and delivered to your ILLiad account per copyright guidelines.
- Faculty and staff may have items delivered to their on campus office.
